3 cl Apricot pálinka (Dunai Hajós)
2 cl Mecseki brandy
Lime-peel

Prepare in shaker, strain into cocktail glass, spray the top with lime-peel.

Ingredients:

3 cl Tokaji szamorodni – sweet
3 cl Apricot pálinka (Dunai Hajós)
2 cl Mecseki brandy
1 cherry

Prepare in shaker, strain into cocktail glass, decorate with the cherry on the top.

Ingredients:

3 cl vodka
1,5 cl Apricot pálinka (Dunai Hajós)
A pour of grenadine
Orange juice

Shake all the ingredient – without orange juice – strain into cocktail glass filled with ice – then add orange juice to it.

Ingredients:

3 cl vodka
1,5 cl Apricot pálinka (Dunai Hajós)
Cranberry juice

Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes, pour vodka and pálinka in it, stir and add cranberry juice to it.

Shake well strain into cocktail glass, add cold orange juice to it.

Zombie

Ingredients:

2 cl white rum
2 cl brown rum
1 cl Apricot pálinka (Dunai Hajós)
5 cl pineapple juice
2 cl lime juice
2 cl dark rum
Mint twig
Orange slice, cocktail cherry

Shake all the ingredients well – except dark rum – and strain into cocktail glass (onto broken ice), add dark rum finally. Drop the mint twig into the glass, decorate the edge with the orange and cherry.

Plum Rickey

Ingredients:

5 cl Plum pálinka (Dunai Hajós)
1 cl lime juice
1 plum
Sparkling water

Fill a glass to a half with ice, put lime juice and pálinka in it, stir and add water to it. Decorate with the plum.

Yellow Plum

Ingredients:

5 cl Plum pálinka (Dunai Hajós)
1 cl lime juice
1 cl orange juice
1,5 tsp sugar syrup
Two pours of Maraschino

Shake well, strain into cocktail glass.

Ingredients:

3 cl gin
1,5 cl Sour-cherry pálinka (Dunai Hajós)
1 tbsp rum
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp orange juice

Dunai Hajós Apple pálinka

Drink with apple

Ingredients:

For 1 glass:
2 cl of Dunai Hajós apple pálinka
1,5 dl of cider (apple wine)
8-8 mint leaves
2 scoops of pistachio ice cream
3 thin apple cloves

Pour pálinka into a long glass. Fill it up with the cider, put mint leaves into it and stir it. Then put the ice-cream into the glass, decorate the edge of the glass with apple cloves, and serve it.
